Directions to the Red White and Blue Berry Farm Williston Florida

Head to Red, White and Blues Farm in Williston, FL for U-Pick blueberries, peaches, sunflowers and more during the Spring season. The farm is less than 30 minutes outside of Gainesville and Ocala.

**Check the Red, White, and Blues Farm Facebook page for the most recent u-pick updates.

We love to do U-Pick when we can (you can find u-pick fruits and veggies almost year-round in Florida). Nothing beats having a ton of farm-fresh produce in your fridge, plus a fun-filled day making memories with your friends or family.

Red, White and Blues Farm offers 100 acres of blueberry bushes full of tasty ripe berries ready to be picked. The farm grows eight different varieties of blueberries. They give you a description of each berry on a sign at the entrance, and you can head to the corresponding color rows and pick those berries specifically if you like. We really enjoyed tasting all the different varieties and picking our favorites (we loved the Sweetcrisp and Farthing!) There's something for every taste from big and juicy to tart and crisp!

Red, White and Blues Farm is incredibly well maintained. The rows between the bushes are wide, dry and easy to walk. We have been to a lot of u-pick farms and this is one of the easiest to park, navigate, pick and pay. And they provide all the equipment you'll need, which is essentially just a bucket! They also give you a container to carry all your berries home in.

However, the fields are very sunny so we recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. You can determine how much you want to walk during your visit, but keep in mind it is a field so you may want to wear athletic shoes.

The u-pick blueberries are $5 per pound and will be weighed by the staff when you return from the fields. They also have fresh berries already picked available for just a little more.

In addition to blueberries, they also have u-pick peaches and sunflowers. U-pick peaches are $4 per pound and the sunflowers are $2 per flower.

Another fun aspect of the farm is Papa & Gigi's Cafe which offers lots of fresh seasonal treats like blueberry donuts, muffins, peach cobbler, and even lemonade and milkshakes.

We picked just over 4 pounds of blueberries in about an hour between two people. The bushes were full of ripe, easy to pick berries. Blueberries are one of my favorite things to u-pick because they are so easy. The bushes are tall enough that you can find berries basically at every level, from the littlest pickers to the tallest. And there is no cutting or yanking — if the berry is ripe it will literally fall off in your hand.

Red, White and Blues Farm provides great photo ops and makes a great family activity to get out of the house for an afternoon, and come home with a delicious product! We love to support our local farms and make a fun day out of it.

New to the farm are fun games and activities for the whole family like a playground, obstacle course, sack race, and skeeball. These may require you to purchase an additional wristband to use. You can also occasionally find live music at the farm on the weekends.

Red, White & Blues Farm hosts a few annual festivals each year including the Blues Festival, Strawberry Festival, Peach Festival, Fall Festival, and more. Check out their events page for more information.

Hurry to the farm because U-Pick blueberry season typically only lasts from late March to early June. The peach season is usually in April and May, and the sunflowers will be available through Fall.
